Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable locations in India through our trusted courier partners.

For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, our support team will contact you with available delivery options.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping charge which will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable or the order is not accepted, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team.
